Salsa: Good for your party, good for your body

INGREDIENTS AVAILABLE AT BEL AIR FOODS

2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped yellow or white onion
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 to 2 jalapeƱo or serrano peppers, stemmed, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

METHOD

Put all ingredients into a bowl, toss well and serve chilled or at room temperature.
